Hi! Thank you for visiting this page. For interested buyers, after choosing the product carefully, simply click on the item that you wish to purchase. If our ready-made items are sold out, we accept made-to-order items by making a similar piece for you. All clicked items will automatically go to our inquiry cart and then send us the order entry form by filling it up completely for proper quotation. Please indicate quantity of every item you choose & you can always go back and continue clicking to add more items until you checkout. Again, kindly fill up all the necessary details in our order entry form (all details in the order form are treated confidential and private). Preview and finalize everything before submitting your final order(s).  You will then receive an email with regards to the final quotation, payment methods, shipping & delivery or meet-ups if within Cebu City.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Buyers must completely fill up the order entry form after selecting the items that are linked to our inquiry cart for quotation.  Final quotation will be forwarded to the buyer via email only. 
  • All incoming orders after approval of final quotation from every buyer will be processed on a "first come first served basis" and as soon as receipt of partial or full payment is settled. Any discrepancies and inconsistencies of payment may cause delay in processing and shipping schedule.
  • If a buyer will order 5 or more “made-to-order” items, we require a 50% downpayment before we process his/her orders.  
  • We are adhering to a strict No Refund/No Exchange Policy for orders outside Metro Cebu so please choose an item carefully. All items are thoroughly checked before shipping. For Cebu clients only, any items can be exchanged regardless of the price & this can be done thru meet-ups. 
  • We offer wholesales prices if the buyer purchase more than four (4) items.
  • We can accept reservations (subject to customer’s history of payment) valid for 3 days only. Reserved items are considered sold. 
  • Lead time for made-to-order items will depend on the intricacy & quantity of every item.  If products are readily available, orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days upon receipt of payment.  Conditions applied are posted in the shipping & delivery section.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  • All items are priced individually in Philippine Peso (Php) currency.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Within Cebu City
    • Scheduled meet-ups (COD) at our office or at Ayala Center Cebu and around Fuente Osmena area.
  • Within the Philippines
    • Full payment for ready-made & made-to-order items must be settled before shipment is made.
    • Shipping cost is shouldered by the buyer.
    • Gerona Collection will not be held liable for lost/damaged shipment due to: unforeseen events, acts of God, strike, war, rebellion, calamity, government actions, and any other events beyond the control of Gerona Collection including the shipper.
    • Buyer will received a confirmation receipt and will be notified of the tracking number as soon as possible.
    • For us to deliver on time, we would like to remind you again to give us your full, complete and correct details of your name and address to avoid service interruption.
    • For ready-made or available items, it usually takes 2-3 working days for the package to arrive anywhere in the Philippines. Made-to-order items will take more or less 7 working days. Any delayed delivery from couriers will not be our responsibility.
